Seek China connects western travelers with accommodations in China. By making a booking, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the accommodation provider. Seek China acts solely as a facilitator of the booking process.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking and must be made no later than 14 days before the check-in date.

• If payment is not received by this deadline, the booking will be canceled.

• Bookings are confirmed via email after payment is completed.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made no later than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will not be refunded.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Seek China is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services, including issues with property availability or customer dissatisfaction with accommodations.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation or arbitration under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

6. Communication

Seek China may contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your bookings. Marketing communications will only be sent with your explicit consent.

7. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated via email, and your continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
